We believe that it’s important to be up front and open with our pricing, so our customers know how much everything costs and which items fit into their budget. However with some of the services we offer, there are too many options to explain; therefore we work on a bespoke basis and tailor all needs to the customer.

Depending on the job, we do charge for delivery, installation and collection on top of all of equipment hire if this is required. But when we know what you require, the date of your event, the location, and event times we can let you have an accurate quotation for this.

We do not make any profit on the delivery, installation and collection, it simply covers our staff, and transport costs.

All final costs quoted should include delivery, installation and VAT. There are no hidden costs on the final quote.

  • Date of event with an idea of delivery and collection times

  • Size of venue and draping area (room plans are always very helpful)
