At More Weddings we understand that Health & Safety is extremely important for our clients, the venues that we work in and for our own staff. We have a number of procedures in place to ensure that we exceed our Health & Safety obligations.

Insurance
Our insurance’s provides us with cover to the value of:
£10,000,000 of Employers Liability
£10,000,000 of Public and Product Liability

If you require a copy of our Public Liability for a wedding we are installing, please get in touch and we will happily send you the relevant documents.

Fire Certificates
We ensure that all fabrics we use for draping or upholstery meet UK and European fire retardant regulations.
If you require a fire certificate for a wedding we are installing, please get in touch and we will happily send you the relevant documents.

Risk Assessments & Method Statements
We will carry out a risk assessment and method statement for each specific event. We are more than happy to provide our clients and the venue with a copy of this if required.

Portable Appliance Testing
All of our electrical items are tested for electrical safety periodically, at least every 12 months. All electrical items are tested by our competent warehouse staff and supervised by City & Guilds qualified engineers. Items that are passed can be identified by a green pass label. Failed items are removed from service.
