A touch of the Scottish Highlands.
For Emma & Scott’s wedding we were given a rustic British country theme with a touch of Scottish charm, whilst still having to make sure we retained the natural extravagance of the Ladywood Estate venue.
Ladywood Estate is the perfect venue to host a wedding wanting such a theme, as it’s situated in an idyllic setting with breath taking country side views. As we are a recommended wedding décor supplier at Ladywood Estate we couldn’t have been happier to have been a part of this special day.
We supplied the venue with a bluebell forest backdrop which was used behind a rustic barrel ‘U’ shaped bar with apple crate displays to create a picturesque setting for the bar area. Hung above the bar were white ornate chandeliers with leaf motifs which added a slight contemporary touch to the theme.
The rustic sofas and rustic cube seats that we supplied were dressed with blue and green tartan cushions to match the families Scottish attire, adding a touch of the Scottish highlands. Alongside this, apple crates were used to display rustic candle jars and tartan blankets to incorporate even more of the Scottish charm.
The ceiling was decorated with radial horizontal white voile ceiling drapes, all of which were edged with festoon lighting to highlight the ceiling design and make the space feel more intimate.
